Refund Policy

1. Donations

All donations made to Sewaam Foundation are voluntary and are used to support our various social welfare projects. As a non-profit organization, we generally do not offer refunds once a donation is processed.

2. Technical Errors

Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors, such as a double deduction from your account or an incorrect amount being charged due to a system glitch. In such cases, the donor must report the issue within 7 days.

3. Process

To request a refund for a technical error, please provide proof of the transaction, including the Transaction ID and date. Once verified, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. Proof Required

No refund request will be entertained without valid documentary evidence of the successful transaction. We reserve the right to verify the claim with our payment gateway partners before initiating a reversal.

5. Final Decision

Sewaam Foundation holds the final authority on all refund requests. We aim to be fair and transparent in our dealings with all our valued supporters and donors.
